  • InPost to be acquired for €7.8bn in consortium led by FedEx

A consortium led by FedEx agreed an all-cash offer to buy InPost for €7.8 billion (~$9.2bn), valuing the company at €15.60 per share, a 50% premium to its Jan. 2 price. Under the deal FedEx and Advent would each hold 37%, A&R 16% and PPF 10%, while InPost will continue to operate as a standalone business with Rafal Brzoska as CEO.
