Intrepid Potash has sold the majority of the assets of Intrepid South Ranch to HydroSource Logistics for total consideration of $70 million, including an $8 million deposit received in December 2025. The transaction includes approximately 21,793 acres of fee land, 27,858 acres of federal grazing leases, water rights and other related assets, and comprises the bulk of the oilfield services segment.
