IsoEnergy founds DISA Uranium and becomes largest shareholder with around 33%
IsoEnergy transfers its portfolio of permitted, former producing uranium mines in Utah to newly formed DISA Uranium and received 1,677,350 common shares in return. DISA combines the Utah assets with its HPSA technology and its rehabilitation and recovery business and has received commitments for a private placement of $105 million, in which IsoEnergy invested $33 million. IsoEnergy resumes Larocque East drilling program after wildfire pause
IsoEnergy has resumed its summer drilling program at the Larocque East project in the eastern Athabasca Basin after an evacuation on June 29 due to nearby wildfires. Before the interruption, four of up to 20 planned holes were completed, all showing mineralization; LE26-250 returned 43,160 CPS over 0.5 m and confirms continuity of the L fault zone along the Hurricane South trend. The program targets about 8,000 metres of diamond drilling. The Hurricane complex currently contains 48.6 million lb U3O8 (indicated, 34.5% U3O8) plus 2.7 million lb (inferred, 2.2%). IsoEnergy begins 8,000-metre drill program at Larocque East and targets Hurricane South trend
IsoEnergy has launched a summer exploration program of about 8,000 metres of diamond-core drilling in up to 20 holes at the Larocque East project in the eastern Athabasca Basin. The drilling builds on high-grade results from the winter program along the Hurricane South trend and aims to test strike east of holes LE26-248 and LE21-107. Larocque East hosts the Hurricane resource of 48.6 million lb U3O8 (indicated) and 2.7 million lb U3O8 (inferred) with mineralization at about 325 m depth; the company also plans geophysical surveys and fieldwork to develop additional drill targets. » More on de.investing.com
