Porsche sells IT consultancy MHP to Tata subsidiary
Porsche has contractually agreed to sell its management and IT consultancy MHP to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS); regulatory approval is still required. The purchase price was not disclosed. MHP has around 4,500 employees and generated revenue of about €743 million in 2025; its clients come mainly from the automotive and manufacturing industries as well as aerospace, defense and the public sector.
