James Halstead grants 280,000 share options to executives
Under the Long-term Incentive Plan 2024, James Halstead has allocated a total of 280,000 share options to three senior managers: Mark Halstead 80,000, Gordon R Oliver 100,000 and David W Drillingcourt 100,000. The exercise price is 100 pence per share, and the exercise window runs from the third to the tenth anniversary of the grant. The options are subject to performance-based vesting as well as malus and clawback provisions.
