JD Logistics reports strong Q2 growth, stock falls after slightly missed revenue expectations

JD Logistics increased revenue in the second quarter by 24.3% to RMB 64.10 billion and operating profit (non‑IFRS) by 11.6% to RMB 2.34 billion, while revenue from external customers rose 30.8%. The company missed the consensus forecast by around 1% (about RMB 630 million), after which the stock dropped 2.01%. Gross margin and cost burden declined due to the Deppon integration and higher outsourcing costs; free cash flow was RMB 2.15 billion. JD Logistics reports 24.1% revenue growth in Q3 2025, stock slightly down

JD Logistics posted total revenue of RMB 55.1 billion in Q3 2025 (+24.1% YoY) and a non-GAAP net profit of RMB 2.02 billion with a profit margin of 3.3%. Revenue from ISC customers rose 45.8% to RMB 13.1 billion.
