Kodal Minerals reports Q2 2026 production of 26,174 DMT spodumene concentrate at 5.34% Li2O from the Bougouni project. Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni paid $13m to Kodal Mining UK as the first loan repayment, which was used to repay the Hainan credit facility. The third shipment of about 20,400 DMT arrived in Hainan on June 27 at a price of $2,304/DMT; an advance payment of $34.4m (95% of the estimated final value) has already been received. Year-to-date production is 53,195 DMT and over 69,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate have been exported; Q2 was below expectations due to maintenance and crusher failures, with throughput normalizing in June.
