Kogan Group exceeds AUD 1bn gross revenue, shares fall almost 15%
Kogan Group reports gross revenue of over AUD 1 billion for FY26 (+12%) and an adjusted group profit of AUD 41.8 million (+14%) with a margin of 8.2%. Kogan: Kogan.com drives strong H1 growth, Mighty Ape to be restructured
Kogan reports robust H1 FY26 growth in its core business: gross sales at Kogan.com $501.6m (+21%), revenue $232.4m (+17%) and Australia adjusted EBITDA $27.6m (+18%). Group revenue was $287.6m (+5.5%), while adjusted group EBITDA fell slightly to $24.4m (-3%) due to the targeted turnaround of Mighty Ape, whose revenue dropped 25% to $55.2m. Kogan holds $71.8m cash, generated $45.1m free cash flow, increased the interim dividend by 14.3% to 8.0 cents and continued buybacks.
