KWS cuts outlook for 2026/27; stock remains under pressure
KWS reports a 3% decline in sales for 2025/26 to €1,626.8 million and a sales-driven drop in EBITDA to €343.1 million, while net profit rose to €158.4 million thanks to an improved financial result. For 2026/27 management forecasts organic sales growth of around 3% and an EBITDA margin of 19–20%, which, if achieved, implies an EBITDA of about €335 million and a slight EPS decline to roughly €4.74. At a share price of around €70 this corresponds to a P/E of just under 15; mid-term targets to 2028 are above the current reference values, so upside is limited and the technical picture, after breaking below the 200-day line, should be assessed cautiously. » More on finanzen.net
