Lumine Group, through a subsidiary, has acquired Synamedia’s video network division, which will continue to operate independently under the product name Quortex. Lumine Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Synchronoss Technologies in an all-cash transaction of about $116.4 million. The deal values Synchronoss at $9.00 per share (enterprise value approx. $258.4 million) and is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances.
