Mapletree Industrial Trust reports improved FY2024/25 results with strong portfolio performance

Mapletree Industrial Trust achieved a 2.1% year-on-year increase in gross revenue to S$711.8 million and a 3.5% rise in distribution to unitholders, supported by high occupancy rates and positive rental reversions.
