Dr. Stephan Zoll will step down as chair of Marley Spoon’s supervisory board after the 2026 annual general meeting but will remain a regular member of the body. Dr. Ralph Kudla, currently a supervisory board member and chair of the audit committee, is planned as his successor; the timing of the transition will be set by the supervisory board. The planned election and appointment of Ingrid Heisserer as chair of the audit committee is scheduled for the annual general meeting on 29 June 2026.
