  • Mercialys sets compensation package for departing Deputy CEO Elizabeth Blaise

    The board of directors of Mercialys has approved the compensation terms for Deputy CEO Elizabeth Blaise, who will leave on 31 December 2025: she will receive her full fixed salary of €318,000 gross until the end of her term, a variable pay equal to 65% of the fixed salary (up to a maximum of 130% depending on performance targets and shareholder approval), and will retain pro rata entitlements to already granted performance shares (up to a total of 71,586 shares from the 2023–2025 plans). A 12‑month non‑compete clause applies with monthly compensation equal to one twelfth of 50% of her average total remuneration for the past two years; a severance payment of €50,000 net is also subject to shareholder approval.
