MIG Capital takes part in €35 million financing for TIBEAY and Ronopterin phase‑3b

MIG Capital is providing €2.5 million for the first time via several MIG funds and plans to increase its stake to participate in an overall €35 million financing round for TIBEAY Biosciences. The funds will finance a multicenter, regulatory‑relevant phase‑3b study for Ronopterin, manufacture of the investigational drug, supply chains and preparations for an EMA approval application in Europe. Ronopterin is a first‑in‑class agent that selectively inhibits iNOS to reduce secondary brain injury after severe traumatic brain injury.
