Mint Incorporation is carrying out a 1-for-10 reverse split of its Class A and Class B common stock, effective Tuesday. The move aims to increase the per-share price and regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum listing requirement; the exchange had given a deadline of June 17, 2026.
