MS International appoints Anthony Wreford as chairman and Michael O’Connell as group CEO

MS International has appointed Anthony Wreford with immediate effect as independent non-executive chairman and Michael O’Connell as group CEO. Michael Bell is stepping down as executive chairman after more than 50 years and will assume the role of life president; at the same time a consultancy agreement for at least 12 months was entered into with fees of £12,500 per month plus VAT. MS International announces defense cooperation with Electro Optic Systems

MS International has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Australian company Electro Optic Systems to collaborate in the defense and security sector.
