Multiplan achieves record NOI margins despite decline in FFO and net profit

Multiplan reported strong operational results in Q3 2025 with a record NOI margin of 94.1% and net revenue rising to R$617.5m. At the same time, FFO fell 21.4% to R$238.4m and net profit fell 20.9% to R$221.1m, which the company attributes to an aggressive share buyback program and higher leverage. Occupancy increased to 96.3% and same-store rents grew 3.0% in real terms, while Multiplan advances a sizeable expansion pipeline including several extensions and mixed-use projects.
