Neptune Digital Assets renews buyback program for up to 11.35 million shares

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of Neptune Digital Assets’ Normal Course Issuer Bid, allowing the purchase of up to 11,352,259 common shares (10% of the public float as of 25.08.2026). The program runs from August 31, 2026 to no later than August 30, 2027; purchases will be made through Haywood Securities and financed at market prices using cash and working capital. All acquired shares will be cancelled; Neptune expects this to increase value and liquidity for shareholders.
