NETGEAR reported non-GAAP EPS of $0.16 and revenue of $168.6 million for Q2 2026, both well above its own guidance. Drivers included stronger demand in the enterprise business, record-high gross margins in that segment, and a 15% increase in annual recurring revenue to $41.6 million. Management highlighted the shift toward more software- and service-based revenue; the enterprise division now contributes over half of revenue and roughly 69% of gross profit. The US regulator FCC has granted Netgear an exemption allowing Nighthawk, Orbi, CAX routers and CM cable modems to be sold again in the US. The approval is valid until October 1, 2027; the exact conditions and whether Netgear presented US manufacturing plans are not known. Netgear says it now manufactures parts of its production in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia after pulling production out of China.
