The Supreme Court of Bermuda has approved the scheme of arrangement for Hansa Investment’s full takeover of Ocean Wilsons. Ocean Wilsons will now present the sealed court order for filing with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies; the merger will only take effect after that filing. Shareholders had already approved the deal on September 12; it was previously delayed by objections from Arnhold LLC and by weather disruptions caused by Hurricane Melissa.
