Mutares reports mixed H1 2026 numbers — expects strong second half

Mutares reports group revenue of €3.4bn for H1 2026 and an adjusted EBITDA of €67m; the operational portfolio improved year on year by more than €150m. Adjusted net income, however, fell from €70m to €6m, weighed down by the absence of one-off effects from 2025. Management confirms the full-year guidance and expects a significantly stronger H2 thanks to Nordgas Solutions, the NexPoint transaction and further planned acquisitions and disposals. Mutares: half-year profit weak – NEM closing must bring valuation uplift
