Orion Energy Systems reactivates $500,000 sign-on bonus for CEO
The compensation committee of Orion Energy Systems approved reinstating a $500,000 sign-on bonus for CEO Sally A. Washlow, with about $300,000 earmarked for the direct purchase of common stock. The shares are to be bought directly from the company and issued on November 19, 2025; the purchase price will be based on the average closing price of the five trading days before issuance. Orion Energy presents sustainability-focused growth strategy at investor conference
Orion Energy outlined its strategic focus on sustainability and energy efficiency at the LD Micro Main Event, highlighting three business segments: lighting, EV charging infrastructure and maintenance. Orion Energy Systems closes subordinated loan agreement to settle Voltrek earn-outs
Orion Energy Systems agreed with Final Frontier and Bank of America on a senior‑subordinated loan agreement to defer and settle remaining earn‑out obligations from the Voltrek acquisition. Orion has already made payments of $875,000 and issued shares worth $1.0 million as partial consideration; remaining repayments begin in January 2026 ($25,000/month, rising to $50,000/month from July 2026) with 7% interest and an option to satisfy up to 20% of the outstanding balance in shares.
