BaFin has completed its audit of the Pentixapharm Holding consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2024 and identified errors. Intangible assets are overstated by €34.7 million and the capital reserve by €21.6 million; of this, €21.6 million relates to amounts from a purchase price allocation and €13.1 million to capitalized development costs for PentixaFor, which BaFin does not consider eligible for capitalization.
