Deutsche Bank upgrades Persimmon to buy after share-price weakness
Deutsche Bank has upgraded Persimmon from "hold" to "buy" and slightly cut its price target from 1,419p to 1,403p, citing weakness in the share price. Persimmon beat analysts' expectations in the first half with an adjusted operating margin of 12.8% (consensus 11.7%), completed 5,189 homes and confirmed its full-year guidance targeting 12,500 completions.
