Pinnacle Food Group dismissed Wencai Pan as CFO and appointed Dr. Yunhao Chen as successor effective June 1, 2026, after which the stock fell about 3.2% in premarket trading. Dr. Chen brings experience as CFO of listed companies, having previously taken Massimo Group (May 2023–Jan. 2026) and Dogness (2017–2023) public, and has been an independent director of Pinnacle Food Group since April 2025; she will resign her board seat. Pinnacle Food Group replaces Wencai Pan and appoints Dr. Yunhao Chen as its new chief financial officer effective June 1. Dr. Chen most recently served as CFO of Massimo Group and was previously CFO and CEO of Dogness’s U.S. subsidiary; she holds a PhD in accounting and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is resigning her mandate as an independent board member and will lead the finance function at a time when the company recorded a negative EBITDA of -$1.58 million over the past twelve months, although the share price has risen 58% in six months.
