Planet Green Holdings has completed the sale of its 100% stake in Bless Chemical (Bless HK) to Hongzhang Liang for a nominal purchase price, including the indirect disposal of subsidiary Jingshan. After the transaction, the company no longer controls Bless HK or Jingshan, and their results will no longer be consolidated. The board cited Jingshan’s discontinued operations, its financial position and a strategic focus on consumer goods and digital advertising as reasons for the move.
