The NCCN confirms cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis as the standard for diagnosing and monitoring leptomeningeal metastases and recommends, during intrathecal therapy, regular CSF cytology every four to eight weeks in addition to MRI and clinical examination. Plus Therapeutics emphasizes that its CNSide platform more than doubled tumor detection sensitivity versus conventional cytology in the FORESEE study and is designed for diagnosis, monitoring and management. A health-economic study by Plus Therapeutics in collaboration with the Harvard T.H.
