Ace Hardware rolls out Hey ARMA AI to boost store associate expertise

Ace Hardware has deployed Hey ARMA, an AI voice/text layer on its ARMA handhelds across more than 2,300 stores, answering over 55,000 associate queries to provide product recommendations, aisle-level inventory and project guidance. The tool aims to raise associate confidence and service quality without replacing workers, enabling faster, more accurate in-store assistance and image-based identification.
