Ramaco Resources signs non-binding letter of intent with Indium Corporation on supply of gallium and germanium
Ramaco Resources has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Indium Corporation for the potential supply of gallium and germanium from the Brook Mine project in Wyoming. The agreement establishes a framework for negotiating supply terms but is subject to due diligence, the negotiation of final contracts and successful project development. Ramaco notes the project remains in the exploration stage and that there is no assurance of commercial development or confirmed conversion to reserves. » More on de.investing.com
Ramaco Resources: Q2 revenue above expectations, misses profit target
Ramaco Resources reported Q2 2026 revenue of $144.8 million, beating the consensus expectation, but posted a loss per share of $0.26, missing the forecast. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $6 million, and cash costs were below $100 per tonne for the fourth consecutive quarter. Management cut its 2026 production and sales guidance, plans increased investments in projects such as Maben and the Brook Mine, and ended the quarter with over $400 million in liquidity after $66 million in buybacks. The stock reacted negatively and is trading near its 52-week low. » More on de.investing.com
Ramaco Resources: revaluation of the Brook Mine lifts NPV to USD 8.0 billion
Ramaco Resources shares rose about 2.9% premarket after publication of a maiden valuation for the Brook Mine critical-minerals project in Wyoming. The study by Hatch shows a pre-tax net present value of USD 8.0 billion, an increase of 567% versus a Fluor study from July 2025, with average projected adjusted annual EBITDA of roughly USD 1.3 billion. The higher values result mainly from the changed processing methodology (carbochlorination) rather than from organic project improvements; capital costs are reported at USD 3.2 billion plus about USD 0.8 billion in contingency. Ramaco will process 2.6 million tonnes of critical mineral feedstock annually (plus 0.9 million tonnes of mineralized coal), expects primary demand from the semiconductor industry, and is in talks on offtake agreements and third-party financing including public funding options. » More on de.investing.com
