Red Lake Gold intends to carry out a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 common shares at C$0.075 per share to raise up to C$375,000 gross. The issuance may be completed in multiple tranches and is subject to regulatory approvals, including the consent of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Net proceeds will be used for working capital, corporate obligations and exploration work in Ontario; insiders may subscribe for up to 25% of the offering without creating new insiders.
