Gary Friedman, chairman and CEO of RH, sold 125,000 common shares between Sunday and today and retains beneficial ownership of 4,926,337 shares (about 23.88%). The sale took place at a price of $162.59; the stock is roughly 24% below its level six months ago and about 37% below its 52-week high. Friedman said the proceeds will be used to renovate private residences and to repay a personal line of credit.
