S&P Global Ratings has raised the outlook for Sabra Health Care REIT from “stable” to “positive” and affirmed the ratings (issuer rating BB+, senior unsecured notes BBB-). The move reflects a strengthened credit profile from an expanded platform for managed senior housing (portfolio up from 60 to 90 properties) and same-store cash-NOI growth of 14.4%. Adjusted leverage was 5.4x as of 31 March 2026 and is expected to fall to around 5.0x by year-end; Sabra has invested about USD 400m year-to-date and is pursuing further opportunities totaling USD 690m.
