Sensorion carries out 50-to-1 reverse share split

Sensorion is implementing a share consolidation in which 50 old shares of €0.10 each will be exchanged for one new share with a nominal value of €5. The measure affects 515,648,600 existing shares and will result in approximately 10,312,972 new shares; the consolidation begins on 13 August 2026 and becomes effective on 15 September 2026. Sensorion: CEO Nawal Ouzren resigns for personal reasons

CEO Nawal Ouzren has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons; chairman Amit Munshi will take over on an interim basis while a permanent successor is sought. Ouzren will provide temporary advisory support for the handover. The company completed a €60 million financing round led by Sanofi at the end of January, intended to secure liquidity until the end of H1 2027, although it recently recorded high cash outflows; the current ratio is 4.9.
