SkyCity profit 2026 falls 22.3% – asset sales and online entry to support outlook

SkyCity reported a net profit of NZD 181.6m for the 2026 fiscal year (-22.3%) and an EBITDA decline to NZD 120.5m. Management is accelerating asset sales, targeting gross proceeds of NZD 275–300m by December 2026, and aims to reduce net debt to below 2.0x by the end of FY2027. At the same time, SkyCity is preparing for the regulated online casino market in New Zealand (expected to start in the first half of 2027) and sees growth potential there and in the NZICC; no profit guidance was given for 2027. » More on de.investing.com
