Smartbroker Holding secures working capital credit line of up to EUR 20 million
Smartbroker Holding has received a commitment for a working capital credit line of up to EUR 20 million on variable terms based on EURIBOR. Smartbroker Holding reports preliminary and unaudited revenues for 2025 of around €69 million, thereby meeting the guidance range of €65–70 million. Consolidated operating EBITDA is expected to be around €0 million and thus also within the guidance range of €-1.5 million to €1.5 million. In the transactions business, approximately 77,000 new customers were acquired for Smartbroker+ (guidance: 80,000).
