Elvo fully acquired by Israeli SK Group consortium

The Greek defence manufacturer Elvo has been fully acquired by the Israeli consortium SK Group, which in August 2025 purchased the remaining 21 percent stake from the Greek state. SK Group plans to develop Elvo into an internationally significant production and export hub for strategic goods.
