Snow Lake Resources becomes Frontier Nuclear after strategic shift to the nuclear fuel cycle
Snow Lake Resources is changing its name to Frontier Nuclear and will trade under the ticker FNUC from March 16, 2026, to mark its refocus on the nuclear fuel cycle. Snow Lake Energy: takeover of Global Uranium near completion after court approval
Snow Lake Energy is close to completing its takeover of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited following approval by GUE shareholders and the Australian Federal Court. The record date is 4 February, implementation is scheduled for 13 February; the new Snow Lake shares are expected to begin trading on NASDAQ from 16 February, concurrent with GUE’s delisting from the ASX. Snow Lake extends option agreement for Mound Lake gallium project
Snow Lake has extended its option agreement with Canadian Uranium on the Mound Lake gallium project in Ontario by one year. The agreement allows Snow Lake to acquire up to a 80% interest in the project through exploration expenditures and payments. Earlier samples showed gallium grades of 50–110 ppm; the 4,800-hectare area is also considered prospective for lithium, cesium, tantalum and rare earths.
