Vincorion IPO oversubscribed several times — Star Capital reduces stake
According to banks, Vincorion’s shares were oversubscribed several times shortly after the start of the subscription period. Star Capital is offering up to 20.3 million shares at a fixed price of €17 and can expect proceeds of around €345 million; the valuation is about €850 million. With the IPO, Star Capital reduces its holding to up to 47.5 percent, and roughly one third of the placement is secured by three anchor investors. Vincorion supplies power systems and mechatronics for tanks and aircraft and reported 2025 revenue growth to €240.3 million, with an EBIT of €33.7 million and a profit of €19.4 million. » More on wiwo.de
Vincorion plans IPO in Frankfurt using existing shares from Star Capital
The defense supplier Vincorion aims to list on the Frankfurt stock exchange in the first half of the year. The offering is expected to consist solely of existing shares held by main shareholder Star Capital; a targeted free float is intended to ensure liquidity. New core investors such as Fidelity International and Invesco have committed to purchases of around €105 million. Vincorion reported 2025 revenues of €240 million, average growth of 22% p.a.
