Stratasys opens 200,000 sq ft Americas HQ in Minnetonka and moves to bolster industrial 3D printing via Markforged deal

Stratasys opened a 200,000-square-foot Americas regional corporate headquarters in Minnetonka to consolidate talent, technology and production and accelerate industrial additive manufacturing. Management says the facility will enhance collaboration and support scaling of enterprise 3D printing across sectors. Stratasys misses Q1 profit target, aerospace business provides growth momentum

Stratasys reported Q1 2026 revenue of $132.7 million (slightly above expectations) but a non‑GAAP EPS loss of $0.01, missing its profit target. The services segment grew, driven by Stratasys Direct and strong demand from aerospace and defense, while product revenue and margins came under pressure. The company highlights strategic progress such as involvement in the JAMA IV program and parts deliveries for NASA’s Artemis II mission, as well as CE certification for TrueDent. Stratasys expands product range with lower-cost J850 Core and new materials

Stratasys unveiled several new software features, materials and platform extensions for additive manufacturing, including the lower-cost PolyJet printer J850 Core, which is expected to be orderable from the end of April. Together with Shin-Etsu the company is launching the biocompatible P3 MED Silicone 25A for patient-specific medical devices, and in cooperation with Evonik it introduced the cost-reducing SAF PA12.
