Synopsys stock falls despite strong quarterly results

Synopsys reported adjusted EPS of $3.91 (consensus $3.67) and revenue of $2.477 billion (+42%), beating expectations and raising revenue and EPS guidance for 2026. Synopsys beats Q3 forecasts and raises full-year outlook, shares fall after hours

Synopsys reported Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $3.91 and revenue of $2.48 billion, both above consensus estimates; revenue rose about 42% year over year, including roughly $711 million contributed by Ansys.
