TAT Technologies posts record quarter Q2 2026, stock rises 14%
TAT Technologies reports revenue of $52.9m for Q2 2026 (up 22.8% y/y) and diluted EPS of $0.61, driven by strong aftermarket demand and an expanded partnership with Honeywell. Gross profit rose to $13.3m with a gross margin above 25%; net income was $8.1m including a one-time gain, while adjusted profit stood at $4.6m. Order backlog hit a record $650m, but management expects steady fulfillment rather than sudden quarter-to-quarter improvements. Operating cash flow remained slightly negative in the first half; risks include supply-chain delays and increased inventories. Investors reacted positively — the stock rose about 14% after the release. » More on de.investing.com
TAT Technologies wins MRO contracts worth around USD 45 million
TAT Technologies has signed several long-term MRO contracts with international passenger and cargo airlines valued at about USD 45 million. The agreements run between five and ten years and cover support for auxiliary power unit (APU) platforms as well as MRO services for heat exchangers. The company is also selling a minority stake in a non-consolidated entity, which is expected to generate a one-time pre-tax gain of roughly USD 4 million in Q2 2026. Following the new orders the stock rose sharply, and TAT sees improved revenue visibility and support for the expected revenue and EBITDA growth through 2026. » More on de.investing.com
TAT Technologies raises revenue in Q4 2025 by 13%, stock falls sharply despite growth
TAT Technologies reports a 13% revenue increase in Q4 2025 to $46.5m and the twelfth consecutive quarter of double‑digit organic revenue growth. Gross profit, gross margin, operating income and net income improved, with the MRO segment contributing 71.4% of revenue. The stock fell about 12.9% after the results, weighed down by market volatility and ongoing supply‑chain bottlenecks—particularly for APUs and landing gear. For 2026 the company expects full‑year revenue of about $210.05m and quarterly EPS between $0.42 and $0.49, plans to drive operational efficiency and geographic expansion, but warns of risks from supply‑chain and currency effects. » More on de.investing.com
