Teraplast records revenue decline and Q1 net loss
Teraplast reports a 6% decline in revenue to 236 million RON for Q1 2026, an EBITDA of 8.9 million RON (down 58%) and a net loss of 10.6 million RON versus a profit of 1.2 million RON a year earlier. Severe winter weather, geopolitical tensions and delayed public investment projects weighed on results, while gross margin rose to 40%. Teraplast Group reports 21% revenue increase in Q4 2025 and return to profit
Teraplast Group continued its growth in Q4 2025: consolidated revenue rose 21% to 1,083 million RON, EBITDA climbed 75% to 86.7 million RON and the EBITDA margin improved to 8.0%. The company returned to profitability with a net profit of 1.2 million RON after a loss of 20 million RON in 2024. Production increased to 135,000 tonnes (+12%), international sales grew 60% and accounted for 34% of revenue. Teraplast reports significant revenue and earnings growth in Q3 2025
Teraplast increased consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2025 by 26% to 857 million RON and raised EBITDA by 59% to 72 million RON, pushing the EBITDA margin up to 8.4%. Net profit swung from a year‑earlier loss to a profit of 6.3 million RON. The company attributes the growth to higher volumes, operational efficiency, the acquisition of Aquatica Experience Group and expansion into several European markets.
