Telenor has lowered its 2026 forecast and now expects flat to slightly negative organic growth in adjusted EBITDA. Telenor acquires a majority stake in Bahnhof for SEK 6.1 billion, valuing Bahnhof at 17 times last twelve months’ EV/EBITDA.
