Teva Pharm reports a clear success in a phase‑2a study of the anti‑interleukin‑15 antibody TEV ’408 for the treatment of celiac disease: the primary endpoint was met and at week 8 the drug showed a statistically significant and clinically meaningful prevention of gluten‑induced intestinal damage with a good tolerability profile.
