Tikehau Capital increases revolving credit facility to €1.15bn

Tikehau Capital has renewed its revolving credit facility, raising it from €800m to €1.15bn and thereby exceeding its €1bn target. The facility was oversubscribed by a consortium of 15 banks from Europe, North America and Asia, and runs for five years with two optional one‑year extensions (potentially until 2032). This strengthens the company’s financial flexibility; €275m of the facility is currently drawn (versus €350m on 30.6.2025).
