Turbon AG reports pre-tax loss of around €3 million for 2025

Turbon AG expects a consolidated pre-tax result of approximately minus €3 million for the 2025 financial year. This is due to non-recurring, non-cash impairments on intangible assets such as goodwill, trademarks and customer relationships, as well as the deconsolidation of subsidiaries. The impairments stem from updated assumptions about future business development; the group’s liquidity remains unaffected.
