Vibra Energia is increasing sales of its higher‑margin premium diesel “Supera Plus” in Brazil’s mining sector after successful tests with Vale. At the Salobo mine fuel consumption fell by 5% (estimated annual savings of 9.27 million reais) and at the Onça‑Puma mine by 6%; the filter‑change interval also doubled. Vibra reported Q2 2026 EPS of US$1.90, well above expectations, although revenue of 56.0 billion Real was slightly below estimates. Vibra reported recurring adjusted EBITDA of BRL 2.4 billion for the first quarter, an increase of 50% versus the prior quarter, driven by sharply higher fuel margins in the service station business (from BRL 194 to BRL 310/m³). The B2B segment also recorded higher margins, total sales volume rose 4% year‑on‑year and the retail business by 6%.
