Vitec Software after sharp share-price drop: quarterly figures trigger 15% jump

The Vitec Software share fell 42.6% dividend-adjusted in 2025 and continued its sell-off into 2026, until Q4 and full-year figures on Feb. 6 sparked an almost 15% rise. Vitec Software acquires 80% of NMG in Poland

Vitec Software has bought 80% of the shares in NMG for an undisclosed cash amount. NMG is a market leader in mission‑critical energy and industrial software in Poland and generated revenue of 38.4 million zloty (about €9 million) in 2024 with 92 employees; the existing owners remain involved as minority shareholders and in the company’s operations. Vitec plans to increase its stake to 100% by the end of 2028 and expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to earnings per share, which—after the share price decline in July—could be seen as a positive signal. » More on de.investing.com
