Volati Q2 2025: acquisitions lift sales despite organic decline

Volati reports a net sales increase of 6% in Q2 2025 to SEK 2,317m, while organic growth was down 1%. EBITA remained stable at SEK 245m and operating cash flow rose 27% to SEK 265m. Growth was driven mainly by acquisitions; since 2020 the group has completed 27 transactions, most recently the acquisition of Hans Eggestrand AB.
