Waldencast sells Obagi Medical to Bridgepoint for up to $460 million

Waldencast has completed the sale of its dermatology and aesthetics business Obagi Medical to Bridgepoint; the transaction is worth up to $460 million and is subject to customary adjustments. The sale proceeds were used to fully repay all outstanding senior credit facilities.
